Leadership is not merely a position we hold; it is a responsibility we carry. Leadership is a responsibility that does not end with our families, our jobs, or our titles. This is an assignment from God. We cannot stop leading simply because leadership becomes difficult, inconvenient, or unwelcome.

True leadership requires consistency, courage, and accountability. The beauty is that we are not called to measure ourselves against the accomplishments, failures, or opinions of others. Instead, we measure ourselves against what God requires of us.

Our standard is not comparison; it is obedience. Our responsibility is not determined by whether leadership is easy or appreciated, but by whether we remain faithful to the assignment God has entrusted to us.

Therefore, when God calls us to elevate our leadership, we must take it seriously. This is God calling us higher, He is calling us deeper in character, deeper in faith, deeper in obedience, and deeper in responsibility. And He has equipped us to do just that!

So, Power House, Let's Elevate Our Leadership!
